The American actress is in Ischia for the Global Film and Music Festival, and has been enjoying the Italian summer.
Rosario has passed the swim wear test with flying colours, showing her lovely curves and waving cheerfully to the camera.
Other actors at the festival include Claire Danes, Matt Dillon, Val Kilmer and Vanessa Redgrave.
