Winter riding motorcycle ice slides

Is that sheet ice? In this video we see some amusing and not so much amateurish as unintentional slides from motorcyclists and scooter riders.
There is obviously a reason as to why you shouldn’t ride in winter, and this video is it.

Apparently the street is in San Luis, Argentina which Wikipedia claims has a climate of the following: “winters are cool and dry, with temperatures falling below 0 °C (32 °F) sometimes”.
