Here is some practical Italian design for whoever lives in a small apartment (if you live in a “monolocale” in Milan, you’ll know what I’m talking about).
This “W+W” (washbasin and watercloset), from Buratti+Battiston Architects combines a hand basin and toilet in one, and will be presented at the next ISH Fair in Frankfurt from March 10 to 14.
The design was created by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, and produced by hygiene company ROCA.
The “W+W” is perfect for the small space in a city apartment bathroom, minimising the multiple bathroom fittings in traditional bathrooms.
While this shows some impressive Italian creativity and practicality, I’m confused as to where the bidet will go…
